By downloading, installing, or using Qee'an Al-Dhikr (قِيعَانُ الذِّكْرِ), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Description of Service
Qee'an Al-Dhikr is an offline-first mobile application designed to help users track their daily dhikr (remembrance of Allah). The app provides:
- Counter functionality for tracking dhikr
- Hisn al-Muslim library and daily adhkar sets
- Favorites, custom dhikr, and habit tracking
- Goals, challenges, badges, and consistency tracking
- Progress statistics
- Reminder notifications (optional)
- Arabic and English interface
- Offline data storage
User Responsibilities
Accurate Use
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter
- The app is provided for personal use only
- You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Device Security
- You are responsible for securing your device
- We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, theft, or unauthorized access
- We recommend regularly exporting your data as a backup
Optional Features
- Reminder notifications require your explicit consent
- Reminders fire only when relevant — they stay silent once the day's wird is done, and stop after prolonged non-use
- Battery optimization settings may affect reminder functionality
- You can disable any optional feature at any time in Settings
Intellectual Property
App Content
- The app design, code, and interface are owned by the developers
- Hisn al-Muslim and adhkar content is drawn from public-domain Islamic sources; users are encouraged to verify with trusted scholars
- Custom dhikr you create remains your property
- The app is provided free of charge — no advertisements, in-app purchases, or subscriptions
- The source code is proprietary and all rights are reserved; no license, express or implied, is granted to use, copy, modify, or redistribute it
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy of counting functionality
- Reliability of reminder notifications
- Compatibility with all devices
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Data loss or corruption
- Device battery drain
- Any other issues arising from use of the app
Religious Content
This app is designed to assist with dhikr (remembrance of Allah). The developers:
- Do not claim religious authority
- Do not guarantee the accuracy of religious content
- Encourage users to verify religious content with trusted sources
- Are not responsible for any religious practices undertaken through use of the app
Modifications to the App

- Change the pricing model (currently free)
